I did not know how important is that a class be more students centered than teacher sentences. now I  know how it helps students in their language learning .i learned activities like information gaps and activities where the students can interact between or among them and with the teacher and put in practice any topic. well i tried activities like that but i felt that did not help because students talk but in Spanish and i understand them because this is their first year in the program and they just know things that i teach them this year because they were used to copy vocabulary and color or paste these were the activities that they do in class before i arriving there.I put activities for interacting when i taught preposition of place they looked for things that they know the name in English and they describe the object and asked where was it and the other students said is a book is  on the desk.But i did not interchange or mingle students.So i say that is not easy but...

It is important to me this topic because i used to put just the key vocabulary and show to my students flashcards and videos to introduce a new topic. but it is good that students can to relate this words with another word and use it when they can not remember one word they can use a synonym   also the opposite words so it help them to know more words and their meaning. there are different forms how to apply the vocabulary eliciting from the students an answer. It will help me in teaching because  I am going to introduce these forms in my class. One thing that I was doing bad was that I  just used the activities how was in the book that always is put the words an put students to name and recognize the key vocabulary it is not bad but it is something like routine and students like that teacher bring every day something new.

I like this activity or this topic. Because you can compare with other colors and look for those other colors the characteristic that help them to be successful and you can learn from each color.  it made me feel a little anxious because I wanted to know what color should be better. But it is no the color is your personality how it can help you in your live as a teacher. I agree with my color because I have many of that characteristics that I think are true.because it is like to see myself. An example, I am a person that always try to put in practice recommendations how I can improve something. one example is my first micro teaching it was not bad but in the second micro teaching I  put in practice things such as do not ask do you understand? that I always did that and the second was better thanks professor.

Students centered learning. Learning is an active process that students must engage in. when activities are students centered learning the students can produce. In this case the teacher is the instructor just give clear instructions,give information and the students perform,describe,and relate you can hear the classroom that is noisy and busy. but when the teachers are the center of the class the students often work alone and they do not produce like should be. Activities such as questions that are discussed or answered between students in pair or in group and after students switch it helps students not only in grammar but also in pronunciation and students with this kind of activities can develop the four skills and enjoy the class and it is more motivate for them. I like this kind of activity and i am going to practice it with my students.It is hard but not impossible.

Creating effective objectives. Each teacher who teaches any subject should have in their planning strong goals and always should start with objectives , assestments, presesntation, practices, equipment and materials it means that teacher should be prepared for the class to reach her or his objectives.  teachers should begin with the end in mind what i want that my students reach after the lesson or the course. The Bacground Desing Model . This model ensure that students will be able to do something with the second language learning;also ,if the activities are appropiate for the level. Students have the opportunity to produce the language.

True color "If students do not learn the way we teach  let us teach the way they learn."                                                              Kenneth Dunn. It is important to help to understand values, needs,and actions of others. So you as a teacher can use it to teach in an interesting way .Using true color you are going to know the personality of each one and you can use it to look for strategies that help all the students in their language learning.
